Damon, if I were you, download the whole new release of JAWS, rather than go to the patch and updating it that way. For some inexplicable reason, it doesn't always work that way, and my experience is to go to the FS website and download the latest release and install it proper.

Hi.There is a new update for jaws available now - but but won't work for me. Has anyone else got it working?I get an error message saying there is something wrong with my JAWS and that the new patch is uninstallable and so the setup process will close.It suggests that I fix my current version of jaws before attempting to install the update.How do I fix jaws? I remember there used to be a fix jaws utility in the sub menu where you select jaws from the programs menu.
