[access-uk] System Access?

Good morning all,
I am thinking of getting SA to be able to use independently when I am
accessing my colleagues computers. I have couple of questions before
purchasing.
Is it possible to purchase SA alone on a memory stick without all the other
stuff?
Do I have to pay yearly subscription, or, for yearly update?
Who are the dealers in UK?
