Hello all I wonder if anyone else has been experiencing intermittent service in the provision of Braille bank statements and other correspondence from HSBC, in particular, since the beginning of this year. I am trying to establish if this is a general problem, or purely one in respect of my affairs. Additionally, I wonder if anyone knows who produces the Braille for HSBC?
