hi david, i've not noticed any problems with any correspondence from HSBC.
my statements have arrived no later than usual and other stuff seems to be
coming through fine. as for who produces their braille, no idea. i was under
the impression they produced it in-house, but not sure where i heard that,
or if indeed this is the case.
