[access-uk] Goldwave

Each time I now open a file in Goldwave, it wants me to select a file type,
offering me either raw or dialogic as a choice, I don't know what this is
all about, and it never use to happen!Anyway, I choose Raw, then it asked
for the encoding, after that, when I try to save the processed file,
choosing MP3 as my file type, it tells me that the mp3 encoder isn't
installed, and asks if I want to go on to the web for further information.
Thing is, I have the Lame.dll in both the system32 and Goldwave folders, so
don't quite know what is going on here; does anybody else?
