Please can anyone tell me, how do you install lame_enc.dll? Do you simply
copy it into the Goldwave folder or do you have to do something else?
I'm having a problem at the moment. I can save into Ogg Vorbis fine, but I
want to save a Wav file as a variable bit rate mp3. I've gone into files,
save as, selected the mp3 type, and then gone into attributes. I've
selected quality level 4 from the combo box. I've set a minimum of 128 and
a maximum of 320. But when I save the file, the bit rate is constant. What
am I doing wrong? Rather frustrating!
