We had these at work too. You had the choice of yes or no but actually I
don't think the yes or no were in the cell itself.

Not sure I can at the moment as I don't have an example at hand.  I have
to deal with a lot of excel spreadsheets at work and, in general, most
drop downs can be set via the alt + down arrow and then pressing enter
when the selection has been made.  However, there are some I come across
where JAWS doesn't announce the existence of the drop down box in the
cell and there is

no way of opening it.  I don't know enough about creating drop down
lists in

excel to know if there are a number of different ways of creating them
where

one approach results in the accessible drop down and the other in a
non-accessible...
