Just go to the recycle bin icon, don't click on it, just press jaws key and f10 to open the context menu. Accessibility shouldn't be a problem. I've used it with 5.1, 8 and 9 and it's been fine. Given the length of time though I would think the lost file's long since been overwritten. The files I've recovered have been ones lost the same day. The best of luck with it though. I want to get it back if at all possible. It is not in the recycle bin. I have Tune-up Utilities 2008 but I do not find it very accessible and cannot remember where to go there to see if I can retreive the file. Any suggestions please?
