Ian, Thanks, that's useful. I thought the cost of the Cobalt model was steep enough. I really shouldn't be surprised at the cost of access technologies anymore, but somehow it never fails to horrify me. Possibly not quite as bad as a talking tape measure at £49, but not far off! Hi Leone, there are three that I know of. The cobolt colour tester, the cheapest, the Colorino and the colortest both from Caretec in Austria. Of these the Colorino is the cheaper at around 70 quid and the colortest is somewhere in the neighbourhood of £350. I'm awaiting delivery of review models of the latter two and will report back to the list on how they perform. ----- Original Message ----- From: Léonie Watson <mailto:tink@xxxxxxxxxx> To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, October 20, 2007 9:08 PM Subject: [access-uk] Colour detectors. Evening, I'm considering buying a colour detector. There have been discussions on one of the lists recently, possibly this one, about something called a Colourino. I also notice that Cobalt have a colour detector. Apologies if this is covering old ground again, but I'd appreciate peoples thoughts on this. Thanks.
