And I would also like to pay tribute to my colleagues on technical support at
Sight and Sound. It is a thankless task at times, but I am completely
privileged to work alongside some of the nicest people you could ever wish to
meet. As a user, I appreciate JAWS has its issues, but having worked for the
company now for six months, I can ssay that everyone is very committed and
hard-working in trying to deliver a good service to the customer.

I'm using System Access and I have lots of good things to say about it but Jaws
of course has the edge. It doesn't have Braille support which I think is
understandable pr a scripting language but is worth stating as it may be
necessary and a must for some. I would like to see a few little features
added, like a way to spell a letter phanetically, to read a as alpha for
example. Also a slight improvement to the virtual mouse would be good but I
hear they're working on that already.

My point of writing isn't to but a downer on SA as I use it myself lately. My
point is to say that Jaws still has the power features and it depends on your
situation. It is worth ending by saying that SA is up to date and therefore
works with the latest apps, like office 2007, iTundes, Firefox 3 and IE7. If
you have the mobile version you can also carry it around on a U3 key which is a
very valuable and exciting feature in my opinion.
