Hi all,
To all BT customers
1471-3 is a new service for BT customers, registered with the 195 Free
Directory Enquiry Service. The service was launched after it became
apparent
that the introduction of a fee for using the call return part of 1471,
possibly disadvantaged users who were unable to take down details of the
calling number due to disability. The new service automatically suppresses
the fee for identified disabled customers.

Any customers who are registered with the 195 Free Directory Enquiry Service
but find they have not already been included on the 1471-3 service, should
either contact 195 Registration by calling 0800 587 0195 (Mon - Fri,
09:00 - 17:00) or write to Pin Registration, BT Retail, PO Box 547, Leeds,
LS1 5WX.

New customers, not yet registered with the 195 Free Directory Enquiry
Service,
can apply for the 195 Free Directory Enquiry Service and also ask to be
included on the 1471-3 service by calling the number supplied above.
