[access-uk] Re: AFB labels

So, if the bbc shop, and Chivers use AFB labels for their blind customers,
then why can't we use them to send audio books to each other? Yes, these are
comercially available books, but in a way, we are restricted in our access
to the printed word, and can't just buy the audio version on the hi-street -
Maybe I'm taking limited choice too far here?
