Dave says

"In print, they use the same symbols all the time, but in Braille we don't,
and that really doesn't help people learn these things does it!"

Well on the internet news groups it's generally agreed top posting is not
the right way to respond to messages. But most blind people seem to disagree
why?

The point is, what's best in the sighted world whether it's internet or
hardcopy print, is *not* always best in the blind world for internet, or
hard copy Braille.

Braille is not print, and should not have to appear as if it was print.
Over the past 20-30 years Braille has become more and more complicated,
harder to learn, why? Because a small minority of people have wanted
the rules to change, and they have had their way on this.
