Hi, in newsgroups, it is definitely the case that top posting is not 
welcome, but the sheer number of messages on a newsgroup make navigation 
extremely difficult anyway. In email lists like this, the rules generally 
are that you should either post at the top, or delete previous messages 
entirely, which I admit I forget to do quite often, unless, of course, you 
think it useful for people to have the original to refer to. Different rules 
for different applications!
