[1stPickPCHelp] Computer hangs up

Thanks to Murray White for sending some of the useful
tips. These tips mostly relate,I think, to the removal of virus. Will the member
tell me where from to download these programs.
I would be more obliged if other members of the list (namely Mr
Mike ) take the trouble of suggesting some useful practicable methods so that
the problem of hanging of the computer is eradicated. Thanks.
