The normal way of most software synths is that they are tricked by a

I wonder myself if there is a way to tell yoshimi witch frequencie to
play for each note/tone? Maybe it is posible through the microtune
panel. But I like to know if there is another way to?
Or is there anyone who know about such a synth - in the old day's there
was I believe a hardware synth from Korg/Akai? who could do that.

I don't really understand what you are asking for here.
Are you asking about changing the tunings in a normal scale? If so the
Microtonal window is your friend.
I would add that to Yoshimi a scale doesn't have to cover a single octave. I've
experimented with two octave ones - and I don't know what the actual limit is.
If that's not what you want can you explain more clearly please.

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
