Righty-ho. Target date for release is Monday 17th.

The major work was on the CLI, so if anyone has some spare time (whatever that
is) please jump all over this.
There have also been a number of GUI changes regarding deactivating controls
that do nothing when their related selector is 'off'. I just found one silly
mistake, so see if there are any others!
The only changes I'll make now will be bugfixes and description/version
updates, but we're not quite in a code freeze, so if anyone wants to add
anything that's not too major now is the time!
I've included two new instruments to 'Collection', 'Echo Multimod' and
'Cathedral Pipe organ'
Does anyone else have banks of instruments, or example files they'd like to see
in the release tarball?
