[yoshimi] building Yoshimi for i7

Hi list,

I'm planning to switch to the newer version of Yoshimi, on my i7 laptop running Debian Stretch.

I used to build Yoshimi from source using the "BuildOptions_X86_64Core2" option, but I'm wondering it's still the best choice for my system and for my usage scenario (mainly live music).
