That was a bit more complicated than I expected - 'banks' tended to assume you
were always working in the 'current' root/bank, but it's done now. I've tested
instrument swaps within a bank, across banks, across roots, and with both .xiz
and .xiy types.
Swapping banks should be fairly easy, but that's for later.
