This is now up there. I want to ensure this is stable for use at this year's
LAC.
As a result I've temporarily disabed auto-instance loading. I'm not entirely
happy with its stability, and think the whole of the 'state' code is a bit of a
mess.
On the bright side, universal bank and instrument swaps are looking rock solid.
There is just one partial failure mode when swapping banks. This is where you
try to swap with a write protected location, and are left with one of the banks
you want to swap renamed as 'tmp'. However, it is still in the directory that it
came from so it's not lost.
I've renamed 'Recoil' to 'TwoWay'. It's still not wonderful but better
describes the action. Also I've shortened the debounce time to about 60mS.
Previously it was possible to physically switch too fast :(
