Yes, another ancient bug.
The actual minimum AddSynth oscillator size is 256 but the GUI would appear to
accept 128 then silently change it to 256. However, this was not done when
entering it from the CLI resulting in a segfault. Fixed now, and also a neater
method found to ensure these values are powers of two as well as within limits.
