Hi Carl,
I tried the pause/sleep command with XyWrite 4, but I cannot seem to reproduce
the freeze as you described with the latest vDos-lfn build, at least from the
Xy4 command line. For example, when I run "P 3" from the Xy4 command line, it
does sleep for 3 seconds and then come back. I tried several times but with the
same result. Maybe the freeze you described was simply caused by some
(mis)configuration?

Wengier,
I've discovered a problem related to the new vDos release. XyWrite's
pause command, P, used in XPL programming, causes a freeze. If you go
to the command line and command, for example, P 3, XyWrite should pause
(i.e., sleep) for 3 seconds and then come back to life. In vDos-lfn
2016.06.01 and later, XyWrite never wakes up and you have to kill the
session. This did not happen in earlier versions based on vDos
2015.11.01.
Is this something you can investigate, or should I address this to Jos?
