BAE has certainly performed well since the Russian invasion (chart attached)
- one wonders however what will happen to the share price as and when there is
a resolution to the hostilities - if ever !! …..but a solid performer with a
bit of yield.

Just following on from Monday's discussion on defence matters.
I saw an article by Richard Dannatt that rubbishes just about every armoured
vehicle the British Army has. In particular the Warrior vehicles are old and
too costly to upgrade and should go to Ukraine. The Challenger 2 are old and
the Ajax medium tank is stated not to work.
Shares in BAE Systems have risen steadily over past years, but particularly
since Feb 2022. It appears to me that they are the prime UK defence
manufacturer and with all that has been donated to Ukraine there are
significant gaps in all sorts of military kit.
Is it a good time to invest in BAE Systems ??
Any other defence related investment suggestions ??
