Last week a friend was headed out of South Portland on Broadway
approaching a big intersection at rush hour.
A driver in an SUV with a cell phone glued to the ear crossed the center
line, passing stopped traffic, running the red light while a pedestrian
warning sign was flashing.
My friend got the license number reporting the incident when able to stop
to call.
These kind of events are what rattle me.
