1. *Conversation with Chief Robert*s: Westbrook Chief of Police Janine
Roberts will attend the first part of our meeting to tell us what she is
able to about September's pedestrian fatality on Austin Street. There may
or may not be an opportunity to ask her any questions we may have on other
topics.
OLD BUSINESS
2. *Final bylaw review and vote*: Hopefully you received the current
bylaw copy that I sent out on Sunday evening; an identical one is attached
here for your convenience. If you have time to read it, especially the
highlighted parts which have changed, that would help move the discussion
along more quickly.
Following the bylaws discussion, we will hold the final vote on them.
3. *Winter maintenance discussion*: Continuing our discussion from last
time, primarily an ongoing listing of hazardous condition, and letter to
private businesses reminding them of their responsibilities around snow
shoveling.
