I decided to have a bit of Breakfast early this morning at Great Scott
Diner on Rte 302, located on the " Flats " just beyond Highland Grange.
Was anyone reading this out and about early this Morning?
At 7:30 AM, I was a bit leery of the number of cars, SUVs, P/ Us, being
operated by Drivers without ANY Headlights or even Parking Lights turned ON
in the FOG !!! I wonder how many Drivers receive a Verbal Warning or even a
Ticket by any Police, State Trooper, County Sheriff for that dangerous
infraction ? Probably too dangerous to stop and issue a Warning or a
Ticket.
