If the bulk of Stroudwater Street from the Turnpike Overpass up to just
before the Middle School Driveway is ever rebuilt,
It, first, will become a speedway and second,
Appropriate Wider Shoulders will be required, in comparison to what is a
" Shoulder " in name only at the present time.

I was on the way to the Concord Coach Bus Station to see two friends off
to NYC this morning. As I came down Stroudwater Street towards the long
driveway to the Randall Farm at 5:46 AM, my headlights shined on the rear
wheel of a Bicycle on the shoulder of the street.
The Bicyclist had NO Reflective Clothing and was wearing Dark Clothing. I
did not see any kind of Reflective decals on the Bicycle itself. No Wheel
Generator operated lights. I was able to move wide Left and pass him with
plenty of space as there was no oncoming traffic. At least one or two
vehicles were behind me.
