Hello,
The forwarded Report is in today's Bangor Daily News' Website.     A Woman
from Falmouth, with a standard Poodle Service Dog accompanying her , as she is
Blind, had taken the S/D to Portland for a Manicure - in January 2017. She does
not state how she was transported to Portland.
She called for a Uber as transportation back home to Falmouth, but when the
Uber Driver saw the Service Dog - he refused to bring her and the dog back home
- " No Dogs. "
You can read the Report for yourself  - Very Interesting that some people
here in Maine with physical disabilities are still encountering Discrimination
Years after the ADA became Law.
