Thanks Angela! It's not just speeding in my opinion, it's distracted
drivers/pedestrians, and other modes. I'm personally getting tired of
having so many "close calls"; praying hard for and thanking city workers
for all changes past, present and future. Also thank you for those who DO
pay attention, etc. Basically, my life (and yours) are in my/our hands.

Motorists need to SLOWDOWN. The National Transportation Safety Board
(NTSB) reports that more people are killed because of speeding than by
alcohol or drug related crashes. Unfortunately, speeding does not have
the cultural stigma that DUI/OUI has, and the penalties for speeding are
slight in comparison. In fact the NTSB is calling for law enforcement to
increase the penalties for speeding in an effort to deter this behavior.
