I'm glad it's nothing that can kill you! But I'm sorry to hear it's still so serious... And that diet sounds horrible, you poor thing. Still, whatever keeps you with us! *hugs* My support goes to you. Briana. Well, I just got back from the doctors for my follow up. It's good news. What we were afraid of was that this hospital stay was a second pancreatitis which would mean that I would be more likely chronic pancreatitis, which can kill you. But the doc said that since the first attack happened about a month ago, and was mis-diagnosed as arthritis in my back, was never treated as pancreatitis and that this attack was more than likely just a continuation of the other one. So that would mean acute pancreatitis. I still have to be on the diet, and have to reduce my stress level and all that. The diet being nothing I eat is more than 5% fat, and no cheese, chocolate, hamburgers, mexican food...EVER! So, I guess that's that. Blessings Deb --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
