[wisb] merlin, Madison

Stopped along Martin st. and the UW Arboretum. 4 W-T sparrows and 5 Cedar
Waxwings were the interesting birds there. But heading to work along Arboretum
Drive, there was a Merlin sitting 25 feet above the road. This was were you are
closest to Lake Wingra. 2 joggers went right under it as I drove by and it
stayed put. I got out of the car and got great looks. Steve Thiessen Stoughton
