The Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin is offering many amazing birding 
field trips during the coming months, including these trips that raise money 
for bird conservation while offering exceptional experiences. Register online 
now
Birding Blitz Field Trips
Spend eight hours in the field with recognized birding experts at one of 
Wisconsin's best birding hotspots.  These trips will be a three-quarter speed 
birdathon, finding as many species as possible, with some bird and natural 
history education along the way.

The $87 registration fee includes a $75 tax-deductible donation to support the 
Bird Protection 
Fund<http://www.wisconservation.org/NovemberThemeChange/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/BPF-priorities-2014.pdf>.
 Register online through the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin's Field 
Trip Program at WisConservation.org<http://www.WisConservation.org>.  You must 
become a member of the Foundation to register, which connects you to a host of 
field trip opportunities each year - 150 trips are being offered in 2014.

Space is available on these Birding Blitz trips:
*       North Empire Prairie (Goose Pond and other Columbia County wetlands) 
with Mark Martin and Sue Foote-Martin  (#16) Saturday, May 10, 6am-2pm.
*       Cedarburg Bog with Owen Boyle and Tim Vargo (#25). Saturday, May 17, 
6am-2pm.
*       Lake Superior (Brule River to Wisconsin Point) with Robbye Johnson 
(#33). Friday, May 23, 6am-2pm.
*       Southern Kettle Moraine with Tim Hahn and Matt Kemp (#34). Friday, May 
23, 6am-2pm.
*       Buena Vista Grassland with Gerry Janz and Maureen Brocken (#37). 
Saturday, May 24, 6am-2pm.
*       Door County with Paul Regnier (#47). Saturday, May 31, 6am-2pm.

*       Canoe and Bird the Lower Kickapoo River with Mike Mossman and Yoyi

*       Kirtland's Warblers Up Close (#36). Friday, May 23, 6:45-10am. $42
*       Migration on the Mighty Mississippi with Andy Paulios and Steve Houdek 
(#149). Friday, November 14, 8:30am-2pm. $37

Kirtland's Warblers & Whooping Cranes in Central Wisconsin:  May 23-24
For the first time, we are offering this nationally-advertised opportunity.  
Friday evening-Saturday evening, May 23-24. $300, of which $200 is a 
tax-deductible donation.  Led by biologists from the Wisconsin Department of 
Natural Resources and International Crane Foundation.  Capped off by a 
presentation by Dr. Stan Temple, Project Passenger Pigeon: Lessons from the 
Past for a Sustainable Future. Location: Wisconsin Rapids, Adams County, and 
Necedah National Wildlife Refuge.  For more information and to register for
