[wisb] White-winged Scoters, Harrington Beach

At noon (1/19), I found 3 White-winged Scoters on Lake Michigan just north of
Harrington Beach State Park, off of Hwy D, Ozaukee County. They flew in from
the northeast and settled into a flock of Greater Scaup, just off the ice pack
close to shore. The Lake Michigan was very calm, making viewing easy.
