[wisb] White-tailed Kite update

The kite was in the same spot that it was yesterday, one mile west of County W
and south of Apache Ave. dave Schrab found it at 7:20 and it sat there until
nearly 9:00 when it had some interaction with a Sharp-shinned Hawk, hunted
unsuccessfully and then flew across the Apache to the north. We lost it as it
went behind some trees. Last seen at 9:12.
