Very friendly local bird= ers ( Gary, Dave, and Rob, and others ) had located it ( Gary had it nicely= in his scope for viewing for new arrivals ) and pointing it out to me and = others coming on by. It stayed perched in a bare tree south of Ap= ache Ave. and west of County W,from about 5 pm until it took off hunting o= r to avoid a nearby Northern Harrier. Around 6 pm it took off and flew tow= ard Apache Ave. and was hunting north of Apache Ave. and finally disappeare= d. A very gifted flier. Eastern Meadowlarks were seen and hea= rd in this area as well. Thanks to everyone for the updates. = A big thanks to Quentin Yoerger who I believe initially located this very = good find.Good Birding,Bob MatyasFranklin, WI. #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
