Are you interested in the identification of fall warblers? Join WSO’s field trip tomorrow at 8:00 AM at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. We hope to find good numbers of individuals, following the passage of a cold front today/tonight. This is often a good location to find Philadelphia Vireo and a variety of other migrants. Details can be found on the WSO website at: http://wsobirds.org/?page_id=1177 At this point the map shows a slightly incorrect location for the Sanctuary, but Jeff Baughman is planning to edit it shortly to correct that. Once you get onto E. Shore Drive and drive a short distance, watch for signs for the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. We will plan to meet in the first parking area inside the entrance, on the right. It is not necessary to be a WSO member to attend our regular field trips – just show up, look for folks with binoculars, and join the fun! We normally finish up this field trip by around noon.
