The federal endangered species law would be worth a law review. IGNORANCE used
to not be an excuse for breaking a law, but rather served as a reason for
finding guilt.
the non-explanation of the non- penalty and non-real sentence all fit nicely
into the failed case, including failure of both the county prosecutor and the
county sitting judge.
