I just ran across this link to a fascinating website that Andy Paulios 
first posted last November.  If anyone hasn't seen this, it's animated 
maps tracking the southward migration of Common Loons last fall, from 
northern WI and MN.  (It's also been updated to show the current 
locations of the tagged loons as of this April.)
