[wisb] Southeast U.S. radar images

I've posted a series of 3 screen shots from tonight's radar images in
the southeast, mainly Alabama and Georgia. The images span about one
hour around sunset.

The nights are regularly showing more and more movement and it is
spreading north. There are a couple of strong systems moving through
the upper mid-west today so movement here has been subdued. The next
few nights should be busy.
