[wisb] Snowy Owl still present in Marathon County

I received a reliable report that the Snowy Owl that has been present along Hwy
29 near the Hwy 97 exit ramp (mostly the east side ramps), in Marathon County,
was sighted again today. If your traveling through this area, keep an eye out
for it.
