[wisb] Snowy Owl - Outagamie County

Had a snowy owl a few miles east of Freedom over lunch today in routine haunts.
Perched on telephone pole on Van's Road just west of Section Line. Then flow
a little south towards Van Asten Road and perched in treetops.
