[wisb] Short-eared Owl: Harvey Road- HWY DM, Columbia Co

Had an unexpected surprise today with a Short-eared Owl at the intersection
of Harvey Road and DM...This was life bird, a WI bird and a County
bird...WOOT!
The bird was observed for about 10 minutes (5:20 pm), primarily worked the
north side of DM, and flew directly over me a couple of time. It was last
seen as it flew over the rise on the west side of Harvey. It apparently
landed in the field somewhere as a search down DM was unsuccessful in
relocating it.
The Ross's Goose was at Goose Pond today around 4:30 and was on HWY I near
the pig farm around 6.
