[wisb] Sharp-tailed Grouse - Douglas County

We had 6 Sharp-tailed Grouse at the Douglas County Management Area north of
Gordon on Center Bird Road north of County M about 1/2 mile in on the top
of second hill. They were next to the road and we saw them at 6:15 pm.
