[wisb] Screech-Owl in City of La Crosse

Tonight I have an actively calling Screech-Owl two doors from my house, on the
1500 block of Ferry Street in La Crosse. It seems to favor the large
hackberries along the street. Screech-Owls can be hard to come by around here,
and I have never encountered one in the city. What a great surprise to have one
on my block!
