[wisb] Merlin - Stevens Point

The last few days there has been a Merlin near Old Main on the UW-SP campus.
This morning while I got a great look at her (it's appears to be an adult
female). After an unsuccessful chase of a mourning dove, she perched on a
telephone line along Reserve St just south of campus.
