[wisb] Sauk City Merlin

There was a Merlin on a power line along Otter Creek Road near Old Bluff Trail
- about a block north of Highway 60.
Old Bluff Trail is the first road on the right when heading west from the
Highway 12 curve near Sauk City.
As the Merlin flies, this is less than a mile north of the Merlin seen at River
Road, so I assume it may spend more time in the area.
