[wisb] Red-necked Phalarope-Sheboygan County

Late this afternoon was able to take several poor degi-photos of a young
Red-necked Phalarope in northern Sheboygan County. Carl Schroeder reported the
bird to eBird yesterday and I was first able to find it early this morning and
again this afternoon. It was feeding on a flooded field on the east side of
Range Line Road, north east of Howards Grove, approximately a 1/4 mile south of
Hwy MM.
There are several Pectoral Sandpipers in the photos as well.
