[wisb] Red-necked Grebes, Lost Creek WA

Lost Creek WA (Stevens Point) waterfowl density is peaking with 125 
Northern Pintails and three Red-necked Grebes on the far south shore.   
No Tundra Swans and no species of Merganser but fantastic numbers of 
most other duck species on this 360 acre mitigation wetland.
