[wisb] Possible Say's Phoebe, Crawford County

Those of you who follow the eBird Google Gadget may have noticed a Say's Phoebe
reported in Crawford County on Saturday. I contacted the observer and he did
not
have photos, but said he was familiar with Eastern Phoebe and gave a plausible
description (I suggested he fill out a long form for WSO). He has not seen the
bird recently, but if anyone wants to go on a wild phoebe chase in the vicinity
of the report, the location is ESE of Kickapoo River SWA. Specifically, it
was just east of Hwy 61 in the neighborhood of Gray and Coalburn Rds.
