[wisb] Photo quiz

Since we're getting into waterfowl season, I thought I'd quiz y'all on this 
bird:

Not terribly difficult, but maybe a bit of practice on what to look for in fall 
plumage ducks. Photo was taken two weeks ago at Lakeshore State Park in 
Milwaukee.
